Eye Balm

Suitable for all skin types.

Handmade using jojoba and apricot kernel oils, with green tea infused rice bran and organic calendula infused soybean oils, unrefined Tasmanian leatherwood beeswax, vitamin E with rose geranium and carrot seed pure essential oils.

A soothing eye balm that may help reduce wrinkles, black circles under the eyes and puffy eyes.  Smells and feels so gorgeous. This is one of my favourites and I use it as a facial balm too, especially in winter.

Jojoba oil is similar to our own human sebum.  Not oily. Contains many beneficial ingredients including vitamin E, vitamin B complex, silicon, chromium, copper and zinc.  It also has a very high percentage of iodine at 82% which gives this great oil the power to heal. The antioxidants present in jojoba oil will help soothe fine lines, wrinkles and naturally slow down other signs of aging. Apricot Kernel Oil has properties like almond oil, though it is a bit lighter in weight, texture, and colour and is odourless.  This oil is excellent for softening the skin around the eyes and on the throat, it is recommended for use in eye and facial creams.  Best for oily to normal skin, and mature skin due to its skin tightening ability and slight astringent quality. Green tea is an antioxidant. Reduces inflammation, calms redness and protects skin cells.  Soothing, healing, mildly astringent and comforting. for sunburned and environmentally damaged skin. Calendula is known for its calming, anti-inflammation and skin healing properties. Beeswax is the natural secretion of bees which helps to protect the skin. It is an emollient, which means it helps to keep your skin soft and a humectant which helps to keep your skin moist.  Vitamin E is an antioxidant which helps prevent scar tissue from wounds. Rose geranium tightens the skin and also helps with scar healing and promotion of cell growth. Carrot seed essential oil aids in restoring elasticity to the skin, has a rejuvenating effect, assists with cell regeneration, helps tone aging skin and is excellent for all skin types. Warm, woody and earthy scent. 

Cleanse and tone your face as required. Using a clean spatula retrieve a small amount of cream from the container and place on your ring finger.  Gently dab it onto the skin under and around your eyes with light pressure until it is all absorbed.  Do not get this product in your eyes. A little goes a long way.

Use daily, especially at night, as required and within 12 months.
