Handmade using fine organic brown sugar, organic unrefined shea butter, organic sunflower oil, smashed organic cacao nibs, vitamin E with sweet orange pure essential oil.

Sugar exfoliates the skin but does not dry it like salt may. it contains glycolic acids which means it exfoliates on a chemical level as well as by abrasion. Shea Butter restores the skin’s natural elasticity. It has brilliant moisturising capabilities and contains heaps of vitamins, minerals and proteins. It enables your skin to absorb moisture from the air and by keeping it there for a while it makes your skin softer. Shea butter is said to have a natural skin SPF of between 6 and 7. Sunflower oil is high in essential fatty acids, vitamins A, D and E and lecithin. Is deeply moisturising for all skin types, except oily and it is similar to human sebum. Cacao is considered great for the skin because it is full of antioxidants, giving your skin an extra boost of protection. It rejuvenates dull skin, softens skin and leaves it smooth and glowing. Suitable for all skin types, especially sun damaged and mature skin. Vitamin E is an antioxidant. So it helps the immune system and helps improve circulation to all parts of the body including the scalp. It may help protect skin cells and membranes from environmental damage caused by UV rays, pollutants, and aging. It allows the skin to breathe and function naturally, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and the formation of scar tissue. Sweet Orange essential oil is suitable for oily to normal skin and in anti-cellulite formulas. It has a seductive, calming effect and may help relieve anxiety. Has a sweet and fruity scent which helps impart feelings of warmth and happiness while also helping to eliminate toxins from the body.
This scrub is sunshine in the morning!
This scrub is whipped so no need to stir the pot, simply apply to damp skin in soft circular motions to exfoliate always moving towards your heart. Do let any water get into the mix. Rinse away with warm water and be careful as surfaces may be slippery.
A little goes a long way. Do not use if you are pregnant, breast feeding or epileptic, and do not use on children under 6 years of age.
Use within 12 months of the use by date.
