Body Butter - Beeswax

Suitable for all skin types expect oily.

Handmade with organic sunflower oil, fractionated coconut oil, unrefined Leatherwood Tasmanian beeswax and unrefined cocoa butter.

Sunflower oil is similar to our natural sebum and full of vitamins A D and E. Fractionated coconut oil has a higher concentration of Capric acid and Caprylic acid, giving it more of an antioxidant and disinfecting effect whilst still making the skin super smooth. The beeswax is straight from the south west of Tasmania and is the natural secretion of bees, which helps to protect the skin. It is an emollient, which means it helps to keep your skin soft and a humectant which helps to keep your skin moist. Cocoa butter is an antioxidant-rich emollient derived from the cocoa bean. Soothing with a sweet chocolate scent. High in vitamin E it helps reduce the formation of stretch marks and scars keeping the skin soft and supple.

After showering or bathing, pat dry and then massage a small amount into your skin. A little goes a long way so wait a few minutes before you towel off any excess to allow this superior butter to be absorbed into your skin.

Our hand made spatulas are made exclusively for use with this butter.
