Telstra. Or The Lack Of.

I know many of us are having issues with Telstra and I have to say mine are getting much worse instead of any better. I am still (it's been over two months now)  trying to get Telstra to fix my intermittent (and lack of) internet and phone coverage - to no available. Communication during the night and text messages are sometimes what I am limited to. So much for technology. I apologise if this has caused any issues and I will keep trying to get the problem resolved.  I have a sneaking suspicion it is because I choose to live in a rural area and I am at the end of the "must fix" list. Whatever happened to Power to the People and not the Big Corporations?
